Edinburgh’s most-watched property as prices rise 6.4% in the capital

House prices in Edinburgh have risen by a staggering amount after the median selling price rose 6.4 per cent.

The median house price is now £295,979, with the north-west suburbs seeing the highest price change, up 21.4 per cent.

According to a report by ESPC, the annual increase is 6.4 percent compared to March-May 2022.

But despite the high prices, buyers are not deterred from settling in the capital.
