House hunters could become Harry and Meghan’s new neighbors after a £30million flat next door went on the market.
The seven-bedroom mansion known as El Fureidis was also featured as Tony Montana’s home in the 1983 film Scarface.
It’s so close to Harry, 37-year-old and 40-year-old Meghan’s home that it even shares a garden wall with their property.
It holds the potential for gossips across the border to the ex-Royals.
You may even have to throw back balls accidentally knocked over by Archie, two, and Lilibet, nine months.
And you’d be sure to make the ex-royals jealous as it’s worth nearly £20m more than theirs.

Sotherby’s, who are selling the house, said: “El Fureidis is exceptional.
“The layered gardens on the 10-hectare site include a remarkable selection of specimen trees that exude grandeur and a romantic sense of time and place.
“El Fureidis is a truly livable residence with beautiful spaces for everything from epic entertainment to everyday intimacy and luxurious serenity.”

The home features twelve bathrooms, tiered gardens, Persian water gardens, and an 18-foot dome covered in 24-karat gold leaf.
The property, which was built in 1906, has other famous neighbors including Oprah Winfrey, Katy Perry, and Ellen DeGeneres.
The compound spans a paltry 464,135 square feet and has been home to Albert Einstein, Winston Churchill, and JFK.

Like Harry and Meghan’s block, it offers sea and mountain views and is surrounded by streams, bridges, lush forests and emerald green lawns.
The house, which is on the market for just over £30million – meaning it’s worth almost three times the price of the ex-royals’ flat – which they bought for a cool £11million in 2020.
Harry and Meghan’s home, known as “The Chateau,” was previously owned by Russian oligarch Sergey Grishin, who also owned 631 Parra Grande Lane.

Grishin, known as the “Scarface oligarch,” once claimed to be at war with the mafia and Putin’s top officials, and boasted about “robbing” Russia’s banking system.
Scarface stars Al Pacino as Cuban immigrant-turned-drug lord Tony Montana in Miami, Florida.
The house stars in the iconic gangster film as the home of Tony and his wife Elvira and is the setting for many of its most famous scenes, including the couple’s wedding scene.

It also includes the bridge over the creek where Tony Montana’s tiger was tied.
While Scarface is set in Miami, the film was shot on location in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara and even New York because the city’s tourist board didn’t want to be associated with a violent drug film.

The home was designed by Bertram Goodhue, whose architectural projects include the Nebraska State Capitol and the Los Angeles Central Library.
It comes as an expert claimed Prince Harry realizes he’s walking a “tightrope” with the royal family and needs their “magic pixie dust.”
Harry and his wife Meghan Markle have signed several big money deals with companies like Netflix and Spotify after retiring as working royals.

Reports last week suggested the couple are filming a “Home with the Sussexes” docuseries for Netflix as part of their $100 million streaming deal.
And it is just days before the couple travel to the UK alongside their children Archie and Lilibet for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
Speaking on True Royalty TV’s The Royal Beat, royal expert and historian Tessa Dunlop says it could prove awkward when Harry reunites with his family next week.

She explained: “It can feel very lonely when the institution shuts you out. And I think Harry realizes more than anyone that he’s walking a tightrope.
“Yes he has to make money and yes the royal family has made him feel left out and he doesn’t feel supported.
“But he also realizes he needs some of her magic pixie dust on a professional level. And on an emotional level they are family.”

Harry and Meghan are expected to join the Queen and the rest of the Royal Family for a service at St Paul’s Cathedral next Friday to mark Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee.
The service comes 24 hours after the Trooping the Color event, which will see only working royals appear on the Buckingham Palace balcony, meaning there will be no room for the Sussexes.
