Rimowa launches a limited edition collector’s case
Rimowa has teamed up with Porsche to create an elegant tote bag called the Pepita. The special edition celebrates the functional and technical designs that both labels are known for. Manufactured in Cologne, Germany, the accessory is crafted from Rimowa’s signature knurled aluminum and takes design cues from the first generation Porsche 911. (A gleaming aluminum handle and TSA-approved locks make this the ultimate luxury travel accessory.) Everlane Drops Cactus leather bags
For Earth Month, Everlane introduced a new collection of Cactus Leather Totes. Vince Camuto is hosting a pop-up event
To celebrate his Spring 2022 collection, Vince Camuto held his first-ever pop-up in New York City on April 7th in the Meatpacking District. Entitled VC Desert Oasis, attendees including models Nina Agdal and Winnie Harlow stopped by to check out the brand’s Instagram-worthy activations and took in a live performance by singer Rainsford. The pop-up experience also included a master class on modern dating with influencer Alexis Wolfe and author Mariann Yip.

UGG is throwing a FEEL HOUSE party
California-based lifestyle label UGG hosted a three-day event in Los Angeles to celebrate its Spring/Summer 2022 Feel You campaign. The event, titled FEEL HOUSE, invited key industry players to a number of activities focused on fashion, food and music. Models such as Elsa Hosk and actors Barbie Ferreira and Kiernan Shipka stopped by to join the celebrations while wearing their favorite fluffy UGG shoes.
Nordstrom is hosting a Farm Rio pop-up in NYC
Farm Rio launched its first line of shoes and formed an exclusive partnership with Nordstrom in the US to bring its offerings to the public. Characterized by artisanal details such as embroidery, beading and crochet, the collection brings the brand’s colorful and fun ethos to footwear styles including trainers, sandals and mules. To celebrate the happy occasion, Nordstrom held a pop-up at its flagship store in New York, with decor reminiscent of the colors and tropical elements of Brazilian street markets. SKIMS introduces its Icons campaign
Directed by Sandy Kim and Greg Swales, the SKIMS Icons campaign landed legendary models Heidi Klum, Tyra Banks, Alessandra Ambrosio and Candice Swanepoel to star in the ads. “Tyra, Heidi, Alessandra and Candice each played such a different and eternal role in the creation of [fashion] Industry. Outfitting these incredible women with our Fits Everybody underwear collection is truly a full circle moment for me,” said SKIMS Founder Kim Kardashian in a press release. “Our underwear changes everything and has been our best-selling collection since we launched – it stretches to twice its size and is so comfortable it easily adapts to your body, so it fits everyone perfectly.”
H&M is ending its Cherish waste collection
As part of H&M’s Innovation Story initiative, launched in 2021 and comprising a series of themed collections dedicated to promoting more sustainable materials, technologies and production processes, the retailer launched an Innovation Story Cherish Waste collection. The collection includes everything from slip dresses to bra tops, all made from recycled polyester, recycled nylon and/or a recycled cotton blend. In addition, all pieces include a label inside which, according to Ella Soccorsi, concept designer at H&M, “encourages customers to write their name and a message on it [them so that] When it’s time to pass it on, they can gift the piece to someone special in their life.
